Thank you for purchasing a quality Radwell product. Surplus items are guaranteed to be in working order and are guaranteed for 2 full years. If the unit is found to be defective within 2 years of the invoice date, please return it and we will either repair it or send you a free replacement. (The following are the complete guarantee details). The original packaging for 'New Surplus Factory Package' (NSFP) may be for an older series or style or be weathered or discoloured. We do not accept returns of discounted surplus based on the date of manufacture or the cosmetic condition of the product or packaging. All 'Used Surplus Radwell Package' (USPP) and 'New Surplus Radwell Package' (NSPP) items are repackaged in Surplus Never Used Original Packaging custom shipping containers. Surplus items may not include manuals or accessories normally supplied with factory new items. Returns that do not relate to a guarantee claim will not be accepted more than 30 days after the invoice date. A 25% restock administration fee will be charged on all non-guarantee returns, returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Refunds will be issued only after receipt and testing. Products must be returned in as-purchased condition and be accompanied by a Radwell return authorization number.
