The original packaging for 'Neuwertig mit OVP' (SOP) may be an older series, style, weathered, or discolored. We do not accept returns of discounted surplus based on the date manufactured, or the cosmetic condition of product or packaging.

All 'Neuwertig ohne OVP' (SAP) and 'geprüft und gereinigt' (REM) items are repackaged in Neuwertig mit OVP custom shipping containers. Surplus may not come with manual(s), or any accessories normally supplied when buying factory new.

No non-warranty returns will be accepted 30 days after the invoice date. A 25% restock administration fee will apply to all non-warranty returns returned within 30 days of invoice date. Refunds will be issued only upon receipt and testing. Product must be returned in purchased condition and accompanied by a Radwell return authorization number.
